CFO EV Principal Director partners with CXO\-level clients to define and drive enterprise\-wide finance transformation agendas across corporate finance, operations, and performance management. They lead large\-scale, multi\-market consulting programs, ensuring superior delivery quality, strong commercial outcomes, and sustained client value while driving key business metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, utilization, client satisfaction, and market expansion.
- *Roles \& Responsibilities:**
* Practice Leadership \& Growth
Drive overall practice strategy and growth by setting vision, expanding market presence, and achieving metrics on revenue, profitability, utilization, geographic expansion, and headcount growth, while ensuring high team engagement and low attrition.
* Executive Engagement \& Delivery Oversight
Provide executive oversight for large, complex engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, risk governance, and commercial performance, while influencing and securing buy\-in from C\-suite stakeholders.
* Business Development \& Sales Leadership
Lead strategic deal origination and closure, working closely with global leadership to identify, shape, and win large transformation opportunities and build long\-term client relationships.
* People \& Leadership Development
Act as a senior leader, mentor, and sponsor, driving leadership development, succession planning, and talent strategy while ensuring strong alignment to organizational goals.
* Domain \& Thought Leadership
Own development of market\-leading assets, methodologies, POVs, and industry thought leadership, including whitepapers, publications, and participation in global forums to strengthen market positioning.

- Extensive experience leading large\-scale finance transformation programs across global clients
- Deep expertise in Finance Operating Model, Shared Services, EPM, and Finance Process Transformation
- Strong ability to advise C\-suite leaders on finance strategy and transformation
- Proven track record in driving finance as a strategic business partner and value creator
- Strong expertise in commercial management, deal shaping, and delivery governance
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale practices (revenue, clients, offerings)
- Strong experience in sales leadership and strategic account growth
- Experience working in international markets and global delivery models
- Preferably strong exposure to Resources / Products industries
- Strong exposure to enterprise\-level program management, leadership, and crisis management
- Experience managing large, cross\-functional, and geographically distributed teams
