Role Purpose
Lead end\-to\-end digital transformation and PMO for large capital projects in metals \& mining —covering planning, execution, governance, and benefits realization. You will drive adoption of digital/AI solutions (e.g., 5D BIM , advanced scheduling \& risk analytics, drone/LiDAR\-based progress tracking , IoT geo\-fencing for materials, digital twins , and GenAI assistants for controls and reporting) to deliver measurable improvements in time, cost, quality, and safety .
