Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **In\-house Photographer \& Videographer with strong editing skills** to handle photography, videography, and visual content creation for our organization.

The candidate will be responsible for capturing high\-quality photographs and videos, editing visual content, and developing engaging creative materials for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and internal requirements.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in camera handling, lighting, video shooting, photo editing, video editing, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Photography**

• Capture high\-quality photographs of people, events, and business activities.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor photography based on requirements.
• Handle camera settings, lighting, composition, and framing.
• Ensure professional\-quality images for marketing and promotional purposes.

• *2\. Videography**

• Shoot promotional videos, product videos, interviews, testimonials, and corporate videos.
• Record reels, short\-form videos, and other social media content.
• Handle camera movements, angles, lighting, and audio recording.
• Plan and execute video shoots based on creative requirements.

• *3\. Photo \& Video Editing**

• Edit photographs using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading, transitions, sound editing, and visual enhancements.
• Create engaging short\-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.

• *4\. Creative \& Editorial Skills**

• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
• Understand content requirements and convert them into engaging visual outputs.
• Work on basic script development, storyboarding, and video sequencing.
• Ensure consistency in visual quality, brand identity, and presentation.
• Suggest creative approaches to improve the quality and engagement of content.

• *5\. Equipment \& Content Management**

• Maintain photography and videography equipment.
• Organise and manage raw footage, edited files, and photographs.
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative projects.
• Coordinate with the marketing and other departments for content requirements.

Required Skills

• Professional photography and videography skills.
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and composition.
• Hands\-on experience in photo and video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Creative thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
• Basic scriptwriting and editorial skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital content formats.
• Time management and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification

• Degree / Diploma / Certification in Photography, Videography, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio will be preferred over formal qualifications.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in photography, videography, and editing.
• Freshers with strong practical skills and an impressive portfolio may also apply.
