Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer\-focused CRM Executives to handle inbound customer calls related to healthcare services and product inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving business targets through effective communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding healthcare services and products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate information about healthcare products, medical equipment, and services.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM software regularly.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to increase sales and retention.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service\-related issues professionally.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams for seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in CRM, customer support, telesales, or healthcare sales preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM software handling.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and customer\-centric approach.

Qualification

• Graduate/Undergraduate (Any Stream)
• Healthcare, Medical, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply.

Salary

₹18,000 \- ₹30,000 per month \+ Attractive Incentives
