We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Oracle Fusion Trainee across Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financials (Finance), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Customer Experience (CX).

The selected candidates will undergo training in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, business processes, system configurations, and implementation methodologies. They will work with experienced consultants to understand business requirements, support application configuration, perform testing, prepare documentation, and assist with implementation and support activities.**Required Skills and Qualifications*** + Bachelor's degree in B.E., B.Tech , M.Com, MBA, CA, CPA, CMA or a related discipline.

+ Basic understanding of business processes, ERP systems, or enterprise applications is an advantage.

+ Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem\-solving skills.

+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and documentation tools.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Willingness to learn Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and work in a team.

+ Ability to understand business requirements and follow structured processes.

+ Knowledge of SQL, databases, or reporting tools is an added advantage, but not mandatory for trainee roles.

A minimum commitment period of three (3\) years is required**Shift:** CST/PST: 5 Pm to 2:30 Am/ 8\.30 Pm to 6 Am IST**Location:** Chennai
