• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 4\+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in enterprise application environments.
• Hands\-on C\# and .NET development experience; .NET Framework and .NET Core / .NET 8 proficiency preferred.
• Strong SQL skills with Oracle experience; ability to analyze data issues and support query\-level troubleshooting.
• Experience building or consuming REST APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile delivery and sprint\-based planning/execution.
• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows, pull requests, branch management, and peer code reviews.
• Understanding of unit/integration testing and DevSecOps practices.
• Cloud fundamentals, with AWS exposure strongly preferred.
• Ability to use AI\-assisted development tools and review AI\-generated output responsibly.
• *Preferred / Nice\-to\-Have Skills**

• Python experience for scripting, batch, data processing or automation.
• Angular/React/TypeScript exposure and ability to support full\-stack delivery when needed.
• Experience with AWS ECS, Lambda, Batch, CloudWatch, SQS, or similar services.
• Observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting production applications and participating in incident/problem resolution.
• Insurance, benefits, claims, leave, billing, or portal experience.
