What we are looking for

Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient\-level data to shape better outcomes in life sciences? At ProcDNA, we’re growing our Patient Analytics Team and are looking for an Associate Engagement Lead with 3\+ years of hands\-on experience in patient journey analytics within the pharma space.

What you’ll do* Lead client discussions and deliver custom analytics solutions around patient journey mapping, treatment progression, and behavior segmentation.

• Develop and validate patient\-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy dat
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operation
• Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification, line\-of\-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization

Must have* 3 \- 4\.5 years of experience in patient\-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages

• Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data driven narrative
• Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into strategic insights
• Comfort working with global teams and clients in a fast\-paced, evolving environment
