• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for Sales Executives with strong B2B sales and business development experience to generate leads, develop customer relationships, prepare sales proposals, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets across Odisha.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Identify customer requirements and coordinate with Design and Costing teams to prepare quotations.
• Present proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Track competitors and market opportunities.
• Coordinate after\-sales support and payment follow\-ups.
• Maintain customer visit records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.

• *Mandatory Skills \& Requirements:**

Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.

Experience handling **large\-scale industries, Government PSUs, or institutions**.

• *Fluency in both English and Odia is mandatory.**

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical.

Strong lead generation, negotiation, communication, and client\-handling skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM/ERP.

Stable employment history, preferably 1\.5–2 years with the same company.

Notice period of 15–30 days preferred.

Willingness to travel across Odisha.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Sales experience in Electrical Panels, LT/HT Switchgear, Industrial Automation, Energy Saving Solutions, IoT, or Digitization.
• Knowledge of ABB, Siemens, Schneider, or Mitsubishi products.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹52,000\.00 per month
