Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive

We are looking for an **Influencer \& Affiliate Marketing Executive** with **1–2 years of experience** in an agency or brand environment to execute creator\-led campaigns that drive both brand awareness and measurable business results. If you have hands\-on experience managing influencer campaigns and exposure to affiliate or performance marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Source, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate affiliate influencer campaigns focused on leads, app installs, sign\-ups, KYC completions, and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and affiliate partners.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports using key performance metrics.
• Monitor campaign timelines, content approvals, and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and achieve client objectives.

• *Requirements**

• 1–2 years of experience in **Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Performance Marketing**.
• Hands\-on experience executing influencer campaigns from planning to reporting.
• Exposure to affiliate or performance\-driven influencer campaigns is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of metrics such as **CTR, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS,** and conversion rates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience working with **BFSI, Fintech, D2C, Lifestyle, or Consumer** brands is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast\-paced agency environment.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹33,824\.47 per month
