Job Summary

We are looking for an **Influencer Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. If you have experience in influencer outreach, creator management, and campaign coordination, and you're passionate about social media and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with influencers across Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
• Follow up with creators to ensure timely submission of campaign deliverables.
• Maintain campaign trackers and reports using Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Negotiate commercial terms with creators and manage campaign timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum **1\+ year of experience** in Influencer Marketing.
• Good communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
• Basic knowledge of **Google Sheets**.
• Strong understanding of influencer outreach and campaign management.
• Good organizational and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Instagram creators.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
