We are looking for a regional language\-speaking Influencer Marketing Executive to help scale creator partnerships and influencer campaigns for Flo Mattress. Key Responsibilities● Influencer Discovery \& Onboarding: Identify, research, and shortlist influencers aligned with the brand’s target audience, values, and positioning.● End\-to\-End Campaign Management: Manage complete influencer campaign lifecycles including outreach, negotiations, brief coordination, and execution.● Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with creators, talent managers, and influencer marketing agencies.● Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal content and design teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and brand alignment.● Performance Tracking \& Analytics: Track and measure campaign metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI.● Database \& Pipeline Operations: Maintain structured influencer databases, campaign trackers, and collaboration records in Excel.● Content Repurposing: Identify high\-performing creator\-generated content to repurpose across performance ads, website assets, and broader marketing campaigns.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
