About the Role

OnO Creators is looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Influencer Marketing Manager** to lead influencer marketing campaigns, manage creator relationships, and drive brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution, brand partnerships, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute influencer marketing campaigns for multiple brands and clients.
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators across relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and brand representatives.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective influencer marketing strategies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and campaign budgets with influencers.
• Manage end\-to\-end campaign execution, including briefing, content approvals, timelines, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal creative, sales, and account management teams.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of content and maintain campaign quality.
• Explore new opportunities for brand collaborations and business growth.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an influencer marketing or digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
• Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong networking and relationship\-management abilities.
• Good understanding of influencer pricing, campaign metrics, and performance analysis.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
