• *Job Summary**

We’re looking for a sharp, driven **Influencer Marketing Manager** to take charge of the entire Influencer Marketing department. This role isn’t just about running campaigns, it’s about leading from the front, owning end\-to\-end execution, and making sure every campaign hits hard and delivers real results. You’ll be the go\-to for all things influencer, from strategy to negotiation to execution.

• *Roles and responsibilities**

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers through outreach and communication.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
• Plan and manage influencer campaigns end\-to\-end, including briefs, timelines, and performance tracking
• Monitor campaign timelines and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Manage the budget allocated to influencer marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate compensation and terms with influencers to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer platforms
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance in all influencer communications
• Identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
