Identify and build relationships with **micro\-influencers (5K–50K followers)** in the **U.S. wellness, fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle** space on **Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube**.
Identify **Amazon affiliate influencers** through Amazon’s influencer program or other databases.
Initiate contact, negotiate collaborations, and coordinate **sample dispatch**.
Maintain a database of influencer contacts, responses, and performance metrics.
Track story/post uploads, screenshots, engagement metrics, and conversions.
Work with the marketing team to develop **briefs and messaging guidelines**.
Suggest new influencer campaign ideas and creative trends.
*Requirements**
**Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in influencer or social media marketing (preferably in the wellness, beauty, or FMCG industry).
Strong understanding of **Instagram, TikTok, and influencer collaboration platforms**.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable coordinating with **international influencers (U.S. timezone)** via email and DM.
Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Prior experience working with **Amazon USA brands** or managing **Amazon influencer collaborations**.
