• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-driven **Influencer Buying \& Marketing Executive** to manage influencer collaborations, negotiate partnerships, and execute high\-impact campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, and the ability to drive ROI\-focused campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and client objectives
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and agencies to ensure cost\-effective deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies
• Create campaign briefs, coordinate content deliverables, and ensure timely execution
• Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
• Stay updated with the latest influencer trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (brand solutions, content, sales) for integrated campaign execution
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform policies

• *Key Requirements:**

• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent buying, or digital marketing
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• In\-depth knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscape
• Experience in handling multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience working with media, digital publishing, or marketing agencies
• Existing network of influencers and talent agencies
• Understanding of content trends in tech, lifestyle, auto, and entertainment segments
