Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, goal\-oriented **Influencer Onboarding \& Partnerships Manager** to drive creator acquisition and expand our influencer network. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and successfully onboarding targeted content creators and influencers across various niches onto the Silent Brands platform.

Key Responsibilities

• **Creator Acquisition:** Proactively scout, identify, and outreach to high\-quality influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to join the platform.
• **Onboarding \& Support:** Guide creators through the registration and profile\-building process on silentbrands.in, ensuring a smooth, white\-glove onboarding experience.
• **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong rapport with content creators, talent managers, and influencer agencies to establish long\-term partnerships.
• **Funnel Management:** Track outreach metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline activity in the CRM to ensure monthly onboarding targets are consistently met.
• **Feedback Loop:** Gather insights and feedback from newly onboarded creators to help our product and tech teams improve the platform user experience.

Job Types: Part\-time, Contract

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
