Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Informatica Lead / Architect** with strong expertise in **Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Cloud Data Integration (CDI), and Cloud Integration Hub (CIH)**.

The ideal candidate should have 10\+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 4 years of hands\-on Informatica IDMC experience, along with strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, API management, data engineering, and cloud data platforms.

This is a 6\-month Contract\-to\-Hire opportunity with a potential transition to a full\-time employee (FTE) role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using Informatica IDMC.
• Work extensively with Informatica CAI, CDI, and CIH.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and Salesforce object models.
• Develop and manage API integrations using OAuth 2\.0, API gateways, rate limiting, and response caching.
• Create and maintain OpenAPI 3\.x specifications.
• Implement Change Data Capture (CDC), event\-driven integrations, and messaging solutions.
• Work with Kafka, Amazon SQS, or equivalent CDC/event\-streaming technologies.
• Develop SQL queries and integrate with BigQuery or comparable cloud data warehouses.
• Implement solutions based on existing architecture documents, interface inventories, and current\-state to target\-state mappings.
• Ensure data integration reliability, data quality, and effective error handling.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Mandatory Skills \& Experience

• **10\+ years of overall IT experience.**
• **4\+ years of hands\-on Informatica IDMC experience**, including CAI, CDI, and CIH.
• Strong experience in Informatica development and cloud data integration.
• Salesforce integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Understanding of Salesforce object models and integration patterns.
• API gateway and API management experience, including OAuth 2\.0, rate limiting, and caching.
• Hands\-on experience authoring OpenAPI 3\.x specifications.
• Experience with CDC and/or event\-streaming technologies such as Kafka or SQS.
• Strong SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, data modelling, and integration architecture.
• Ability to independently implement solutions using existing architecture and interface documentation.
• Willingness to work in the ANZ shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST).

Good to Have

• Experience with Informatica CLAIRE, AI\-assisted mappings, schema\-drift detection, or MDM match/merge.
• Higher education domain experience with Banner SIS, Ellucian Ethos, StudyLink, or Canvas LMS.
• Experience with governed API catalogs and API management platforms.
• Exposure to data reconciliation, data quality tools, and dead\-letter/replay mechanisms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Work Location \& Contract Details

• **Chennai candidates:** Work from Office preferred.
• **Non\-Chennai candidates:** Remote opportunities may be considered.
• **Contract:** 6 Months (C2H).
• **FTE:** Opportunity for full\-time employment
• **Shift:** 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM IST.
