Informatica PC App Support

• *Job Description:**

• We are seeking a skilled Informatica PowerCenter Application Support Engineer with 3 5 years of experience in supporting monitoring and troubleshooting ETL applications built on Informatica PowerCenter
• The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in production support incident management job monitoring issue resolution and data analysis

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• ------------------------

• Provide L2 L3 production support for Informatica PowerCenter ETL applications
• Monitor daily batch loads and ensure successful completion of ETL workflows
• Analyze troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to ETL processes and data loads
• Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures
• Handle incident problem and change management activities as per SLA
• Monitor workflows sessions and mappings in Informatica PowerCenter
• Work closely with development database and business teams for issue resolution
• Validate data integrity and perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
• Support deployment activities across Development QA and Production environments
• Create and maintain operational documentation SOPs and support runbooks
• Participate in on call support and release activities as required

• *Technical Requirements:**
• --------------------------

• Experience with Informatica workflow scheduling tools
• Exposure to Control M Autosys or other enterprise schedulers
• Knowledge of cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Informatica Data Quality IDQ or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services IICS
• Understanding of DevOps and release management processes
