We are looking for a strategic and hands\-on Head of IT to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT services.
• Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support software development and technology initiatives.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, technology assets, and licensing requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high\-performing IT teams.
• Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business efficiency.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Technology Management.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT Service Management, Project Management, and Vendor Management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• ITIL, CISSP, CompTIA Security\+
• CCNA / CCNP
