Infrastructure Engineer

• *1\. Office 365 Administration, User Support \& Site Coordination – 30%**

• *KRA:** Manage Office 365 environment, user administration, and end\-user/site support operations across locations.

• *KPI / Targets:**

o Timely creation/modification/deactivation of user accounts

o Resolution of Office 365/user issues within defined TAT

o Email, Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook uptime maintained within SLA

o Proper license allocation and utilization management

o User support satisfaction and issue closure efficiency

o Timely support for HO and site operational requirements

• *2\. Network, Firewall \& IT Infrastructure Management – 30%**

• *KRA**: Manage firewall security, network connectivity, and IT infrastructure operations across locations.

• *KPI / Targets:**

o Network uptime maintained within SLA

o Timely resolution of firewall/network connectivity issues

o Firewall rules and security configurations maintained properly

o Proper functioning of APs, switches, routers, and antivirus systems

o Timely maintenance and updates of IT infrastructure

o Boardroom and Director cabin IT setup readiness

o Preventive maintenance completed as per schedule

• *3\. Cybersecurity, Governance, Incident \& Risk Management – 15%**

• *KRA:** Ensure cybersecurity compliance, governance controls, and incident/risk management across IT operations.

• *KPI / Targets:**

o Antivirus and endpoint security compliance maintained

o Timely patch updates and security monitoring

o Compliance with IT security policies and access controls

o Timely reporting and escalation of security incidents/vulnerabilities

o Incident reporting and issue tracking maintained properly

o Zero major audit/security observations

o Reduction in recurring operational and security issues

• *4\. Asset, AMC \& MIS Management – 15%**

• *KRA:** Manage IT assets, AMC coordination, inventory records, and operational MIS activities.

• *KPI / Targets:**

o Proper maintenance of IT asset and inventory records

o AMC tracking and timely renewal coordination

o Vendor coordination for repairs and replacements

o Timely submission of IT MIS and operational reports

o Accuracy of inventory and operational documentation

o Minimal downtime due to AMC/vendor delays

• *5\. Self Development \& Learning – 10%**

• *KRA**: Enhance technical knowledge and infrastructure management capabilities through continuous learning**.**

• *KPI / Targets:**

o Participation in technical training/certifications

o Learning new networking/security technologies

o Improvement in troubleshooting and administration skills

o Positive feedback from reporting manager

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
