Infrastructure Security Officer

Permanent role at a European GCC based in Pune

• *Description**

The Infrastructure Security Officer ensures the technical security, resilience, and compliance of EQUANS Infrastructure across cloud, network, and on\-premises environments. Acting as a technical authority and coordinator, the role embeds security best practices into operations and projects, while maintaining a measurable and auditable security posture. This position covers AWS, Azure, Cloud Landing Zones, SD\-WAN, NAC, IPAM, ZTNA/SASE, and enterprise firewalls, with periodic multi\-country travel as part of a Bouygues Group company.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

Security Monitoring \& KPIs

• Monitor vulnerability scores, CSPM alerts, and other KPIs.
• Drive corrective actions and track remediation progress.

Infrastructure Project Security

• Oversee configuration hardening and remediation of alerts.
• Integrate security controls into project lifecycles.

Audit \& Compliance

• Organize external audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate remediation plans and ensure timely closure.
• Support ISO 27001 certification and roadmap.

Policy \& Documentation

• Conduct annual reviews of password policies, backups, access rights, and DRP.
• Review HLD, LLD, SOP, and DRP documentation for compliance evidence.

Network \& Access Security

• Review and approve network flow openings and security change requests.
• Manage firewall rules and network orchestration (TUFIN desirable).

Reporting \& Stakeholder Engagement

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports highlighting risks, trends, and remediation status.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations and Service Delivery Managers.
• Build strong relationships across global SLS Infrastructure teams.

Resilience \& Optimization

• Contribute to backup and disaster recovery strategy.
• Partner with FinOps on cost optimization and capacity planning.

Pay: ₹2,500,000\.00 \- ₹4,000,000\.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
