Infrastructure Support Manager

• *Profile: Infrastructure Support Manager (Devops/ Cloud Infrastructure)**

• *Experience : Minimum 10\+ years**

• *Qualification \& Experience**

Minimum 10\+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management

Experience in Devops/ Cloud Infrastructure

preferred experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services \& Insurance) domain

Strong understanding of

Servers, Storage, Databases, Middleware

Experience managing services through OEM/vendors

• *Key Responsibilities**

Lead and manage day\-to\-day infrastructure operations

Handle incident \& problem management with root cause resolution

Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for issue resolution

Maintain and track project issues and risks

Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards \& reports for senior management

Conduct team meetings to resolve operational challenges

Plan and execute HA (High Availability) \& DR (Disaster Recovery) activities (with regulatory coordination like RBI)

• *Ensure:**

Systems are always in HA mode

DR sync between application \& databases

All DC infrastructure is fully operational

Oversee

Configuration replication across DCs

Resource utilization thresholds

Capacity planning \& forecasting

Enable UAT environments for new projects/CRs

Ensure production release processes compliance

Share project status with internal stakeholders and client (Bank/Intellect)
