Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infra Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. This

is a hands\-on Infra and Systems Engineer\-focused role centered on cloud (AWS) and

endpoint infrastructure, identity management, and automation. The ideal candidate is

comfortable owning infrastructure end\-to\-end, from provisioning and patching to

monitoring and optimization.

Core Requirements (Must\-Have)

 Microsoft Intune — endpoint management, device lifecycle, compliance, and

configuration

 Microsoft Azure — Azure administration focused on Microsoft 365 and Exchange

Online administration (tenant, mailbox, and service management)

 Microsoft Entra ID — Identity and access management (IAM), provisioning of users,

groups, and security policies

 Server patching — enterprise server patch management and lifecycle administration

 L2 support — serve as an escalation point for complex Level 2 technical support across

Microsoft stacks (Intune, Entra, M365/Exchange Online), endpoints, servers, and

enterprise networks; diagnose and resolve issues escalated beyond first\-line support

 AI agent tuning — tuning, configuring, and optimizing AI agents as part of modern

infrastructure and automation workflows

 AWS — strong, practical expertise with AWS and a solid understanding of AWS

architecture/structure (not just surface\-level familiarity)

 Scripting \& automation — working proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and general

scripting to automate operational tasks and reduce manual overhead

Preferred (Nice\-to\-Have)

 Fortinet experience, specifically FortiManager and FortiNAC — a BIG plus

 Jira ticketing system and Confluence — experience with issue tracking and

documentation workflows

 DNS record management \& Certificate renewal and management

Additional Skills

 Experience with cloud technologies and network monitoring tools

 Strong communication and problem\-solving skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
