• *Work you'll do**

As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Innovation team, you will play a leadership role in defining, building, and scaling Deloitte’s Products\+ portfolio while ensuring AI and technology are integrated across our Services\+ offerings. You will collaborate with product teams, engineers, designers, and business leaders to bring new ideas from concept to commercialization, ensuring solutions are not only innovative but also scalable, sustainable, and aligned to client needs.

Key responsibilities include:* Lead Consulting Services’ **product shaping** agenda, identifying opportunities, validating market fit, and driving prioritization across the Products\+ portfolio.

• Conduct market sizing, competitor benchmarking, and white\-space analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and research teams to guide MVP builds, iteration cycles, and commercialization roadmaps.
• Provide thought leadership on product architecture, MVP design, and technical feasibility to accelerate user testing and validation cycles.
• Drive AI\-enabled product and service innovation, embedding emerging technologies into both Products\+ and Services\+ to transform business models and delivery approaches.
• Define data strategy and requirements to ensure offerings—both Products\+ and Services\+—are insight\-driven, scalable, and secure.
• Oversee **scaling and go\-to\-market** efforts, including pricing, commercialization strategies, and customer adoption plans for products, while supporting tech\-enabled transformation of services.
• Own the path from **insight to outcome**, with insights intended to lead to decisions made, roadmaps shifted, opportunities incubated, and investments greenlit
• **Surface insights across V0, V1, and V2 maturity stages**, net\-new Strategic Growth Market (SGM) opportunities, and pressure\-testing mature product roadmaps against market activity, with concrete recommendations to leadership and follow\-through to adoption
• Influence senior executives and offering leaders, helping to align investment decisions and enterprise priorities across Products\+ and Services\+.
• Apply narrative\-building skills—written and verbal communication—to articulate product vision, innovation strategies, and value propositions in compelling ways to diverse audiences.
• Mentor and guide managers and practitioners, building strong product management and technology innovation capabilities within the firm.

• *Qualifications**

Required

• Current or previous title of Senior Manager level at Deloitte
• 10\+ years of professional experience in innovation, or technology\-driven business transformation, with proven leadership experience.
• Ability to travel 5\-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred

• MBA, MS in Computer Science/Engineering, or another advanced degree in a relevant field.
