Inside Sales Associate - Compressed Air Energy Solutions

Systel Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd (Systel Group, Coimbatore) delivers compressed air audits, energy savings and digitization solutions for industrial plants. We are hiring an office\-based Inside Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

\- Generate and qualify leads from industrial plants by phone, email and LinkedIn

\- Explain our compressed air audit and monitoring services to plant heads and owners

\- Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up to closure

\- Schedule feasibility visits for our technical team

\- Maintain the CRM pipeline and send weekly sales reports

\- Coordinate with customers on orders, documents and payments

Requirements

\- Any degree (engineering preferred)

\- 2\-3 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales coordination

\- Good spoken and written Tamil and English

\- Comfortable with email, Excel and a CRM

\- Office\-based desk role with minimal field travel

Salary: Rs 22,000 \- 30,000 per month, plus PF

Location: Systel Business Centre, Coimbatore (full\-time, office\-based)

Joining: on or before 10 November 2026

Selection \- direct walk\-in: Visit us in person, no prior call needed, any day 30 October to 5 November 2026, 11 AM to 5 PM. You will write an aptitude test on arrival; if you qualify, you go straight to the interview the same day.
