Job Description
- *Job Summary:**
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Inside Sales Executive** to generate new business opportunities and drive sales of our IT/software products and services. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in B2B sales.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update lead and sales data in CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6months– 2years of experience in business development, inside sales, or IT sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
- Basic knowledge of IT/software
