Job Description

  • *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Inside Sales Executive** to generate new business opportunities and drive sales of our IT/software products and services. This role is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in B2B sales.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable IT/software solutions
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update lead and sales data in CRM regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 6months– 2years of experience in business development, inside sales, or IT sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
  • Basic knowledge of IT/software
