We are looking for an enthusiastic, disciplined and target\-oriented **Inside Sales Executive / Education Sales Counsellor** to help grow our training business.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact interested prospective learners through approved company channels.
• Understand their learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course structure, learning outcomes, packages and fees.
• Conduct counselling conversations and follow up professionally.
• Convert qualified enquiries into paid course enrolments.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the company CRM.
• Coordinate with the founder on technical and programme\-related queries.
• Meet realistic sales and student\-enrolment targets.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech sales, admissions counselling, online\-course sales or inside sales.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Ability to handle questions and objections professionally.
• Experience managing leads, follow\-ups and sales conversion.
• Basic CRM and Google Sheets knowledge.
• Reliable internet, laptop and a professional remote working environment.
• Self\-discipline, integrity and strong customer\-service skills.

• *Export\-import industry knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory. Product training will be provided.**
