Job Description – Consultant (Inside Sales Executive)

• *Location:** Andheri West, Mumbai
• *Salary:** Up to ₹40,000 \+ Incentives
• *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday
• *Timing:** 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Hair Transplant Treatments and their benefits.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, walk\-ins and referrals.
• Pitch consultation services and generate patient appointments.
• Conduct face\-to\-face consultations with walk\-in patients.
• Explain treatment options, benefits and pricing to patients.
• Understand patient concerns and convince them to enrol for treatments.
• Follow up with interested patients through calls and emails.
• Maintain lead records and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure a good patient experience.

Desired Background

• Minimum 1\+ year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Outbound Sales or Pre\-Sales.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong pitching, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Experience in face\-to\-face customer interaction preferred.
• Confident personality with a customer\-focused approach.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
