Inside Sales Executive

• *URGENT** **HIRING – INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE**

• *Location:** Bahadurgarh Plant Office, Jhajjar, Haryana
• *Experience:** 1–3 Years
• *Salary:** ₹18,000–₹28,000/month \+ Performance Bonus

• *Role Summary**

Handle every IndiaMART enquiry from the first call through to the order. Understand the customer's application, close the sale over the phone, and keep customers reordering.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle IndiaMART enquiries and generate sales conversions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders over the phone.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers for repeat orders.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with dispatch and accounts.

• *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

• Respond to new leads on the same day.
• Make **50–70 calls per day**.
• Achieve lead\-to\-order conversion targets.
• Generate monthly billing from new and repeat customers.
• Update CRM records daily.

• *Requirements**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of B2B tele\-sales or inside sales experience.
• IndiaMART lead\-handling experience preferred.
• Good Hindi communication and working English.
• Familiarity with Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM.
• Must be able to commute daily to Bahadurgarh.
• Freshers can also apply with good communication skills \& confident personality
