Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic **Inside Sales Specialist** to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through digital platforms.
• Connect with potential customers interested in clear aligners and smile correction services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MakeO toothsi products and services.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Explain treatment benefits, procedures, pricing, and available offers.
• Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Build strong product knowledge and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer\-first approach in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• **Experience:** 0–5 years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales.
• **Education:** Graduate; freshers can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to handle sales objections and close deals.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced sales environment.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and eager to learn.
