We are seeking a highly driven and results\-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self\-starter with a strong sales mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, building meaningful client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You will play an integral role in managing the end\-to\-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while consistently meeting and exceeding targets within the V\&S vertical.

· Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, inbound lead follow\-ups, and professional networking
· Conduct in\-depth market research to identify potential clients, decision\-makers, and emerging opportunities across targeted segments
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth
· Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure
· Engage with prospects, present solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close high\-value deals
· Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
· Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems
· Understand customer requirements and effectively position products and solutions to address their needs
· Build, develop, and maintain strong long\-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
· Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
· Develop a strong understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
· Confidently present technical features and translate them into clear business benefits for customers
· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross\-selling premium and complementary solutions
· Qualify leads efficiently and prioritize opportunities based on potential value
· Drive structured sales processes, ensuring timely follow\-ups and closures
· Manage negotiations and finalize agreements in alignment with company goals
· Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to align on lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness
· Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management
· Maintain a well\-organized and detailed CRM database for effective tracking and analysis
· Demonstrate consistent achievement of defined KPIs including conversion ratios, pipeline velocity, deal cycle time, and revenue targets
· Maintain a minimum activity benchmark (calls, meetings, demos) aligned with weekly and monthly sales goals
· Demonstrate strong sales discipline with structured follow\-up cadence, objection handling frameworks, and adherence to defined sales playbooks
· Exhibit resilience and consistency under rejection, with a data\-driven approach toward improving conversion and win rates
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field
· MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage
· Candidates with relevant certifications in Sales, CRM, Digital Marketing, or Business Development will be preferred
· Proven experience of 3–5 years in inside sales, preferably within technology, enterprise solutions, V\&S, or B2B environments
· Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast\-paced environment
· Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision\-makers
· Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting systems
· Excellent organizational and time\-management skills
· Ability to understand technical or solution\-based offerings and articulate business value effectively
· Strong sales discipline with structured follow\-up cadence and objection handling skills
· Demonstrated resilience, consistency, and a results\-driven approach in achieving sales goals
