• *Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Lead Generation**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through **cold calling, outbound calling, emails, and follow\-ups**
• Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and present company products/services effectively
• Convert prospects into customers while maintaining strong conversion rates
• Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of calls, leads, follow\-ups, and closures using **CRM tools**

• *Customer Communication \& Mail Handling**

• Handle **professional email communication** with prospects and clients
• Draft, send, and follow up on sales emails, proposals, and quotations
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain proper email documentation and communication history

• *Customer Relationship Management**

• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with potential and existing clients
• Address customer queries, objections, and concerns efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow\-ups

• *Target \& Performance Management**

• Achieve **daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets**
• Track personal sales performance and continuously improve results
• For Sales Lead role:
• Monitor team performance and guide team members
• Support the team in closing deals and managing key accounts

• *Team Leadership (For Sales Lead Role)**

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
• Assign and manage leads effectively
• Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance discussions

• *Reporting \& Coordination**

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports using CRM and internal tools
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams for smooth sales execution
• Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights with management

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Proven experience in **sales, cold calling, and lead generation**
• Hands\-on experience with **CRM tools** (lead management, tracking, reporting)
• Strong **email handling and professional mail communication** skills
• Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**
• Negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
• Leadership and team\-handling skills (mandatory for Sales Lead role)
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and result\-oriented

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience with popular CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
