• *About the Role**

We are looking for energetic and target\-driven Inside Sales Executives to connect with prospective learners, explain our courses and convert leads into successful enrollments.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle outbound calls and follow\-ups with prospective learners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course benefits and handle sales objections.
• Convert interested leads into enrollments.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

• *Requirements**

• 1–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, EdTech Sales or Admission Counselling.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales and target\-handling experience.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales.
• Comfortable working from our Kolkata office in a day shift.
