- *Location:** Seethammadhara \& Gambhiram, Visakhapatnam
- *Timings:** 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- *Working Days:** Monday to Saturday

Candidates with experience in school admissions, abroad admissions, educational counselling, inside sales, BDE sales, inbound lead handling, parent/student counselling are highly preferred or Ed tech counselling
- *1\. Admission Enquiry Handling**
- Handle walk\-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, website enquiries and social media leads professionally
- Provide complete information about the school curriculum, facilities, fee structure, academics and admission process
- Build a positive first impression for parents and students
- *2\. Parent Counselling \& Lead Conversion**
- Speak confidently with parents and understand their requirements
- Counsel parents and guide them in choosing the right academic program for their child
- Follow up regularly with prospective parents and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain a professional, polite, and convincing communication style
- *3\. Admissions Target \& Sales Coordination**
- Work towards achieving admission targets for Pre\-Primary, Primary, Middle School, and Senior Secondary admissions
- Coordinate with marketing and outreach teams for lead generation activities
- Ensure timely follow\-ups and proper lead tracking
- *4\. Team Leadership \& Coordination**
- Lead and manage the counselling/admissions team efficiently
- Coordinate with academic staff, front office, transport and management teams during the admission process
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
- *5\. Events \& Promotional Activities**
- Support and participate in school events, open houses, seminars, education fairs and promotional activities
- Represent the school professionally during campaigns and parent interactions
- Help increase admissions through relationship building and community engagement
- *6\. Data Management \& Reporting**
- Maintain admission records, enquiry databases, follow\-up reports and admission status updates
- Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
- Prepare daily and weekly admission reports for management review
1\. Minimum 6 months\+ of experience in
School admissions, Admission counselling, Educational sales, Abroad admissions or Ed tech
2\. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
3\. Strong presentation, convincing, and interpersonal skills
4\. Sales\-driven personality with the ability to convert leads effectively
5\. Polite, confident, and professional while interacting with parents and students
6\. Ability to handle pressure, targets, and multiple enquiries efficiently
7\. Experience in counselling parents and handling admission processes will be an added advantage
