Noctil is a metadata management platform serving the music, film, and audiovisual industries, helping ensure accurate royalty payments to artists and rightsholders. Noctil has processed over 100 million sound recordings for 50,000\+ rightsholders across the US and India.

  • *Job Summary**

The Inside Sales Manager leads and manages the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive lead conversion, and improve customer acquisition. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, coaching sales representatives, and ensuring efficient management of the sales pipeline.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Deal directly with US/Canada clients across voice and email channels.
  • Work US timings (night shift) in an in\-office role.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives/Representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and overall team performance.
  • Assign and manage inbound and outbound leads effectively.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper use of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Handle key customer interactions and support the team in closing high\-value deals.
  • Develop sales scripts, processes, and best practices to improve productivity.
  • Forecast sales revenue and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and communication across all deal and account records.

Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹450,000\.00 per year
