Inside Sales Manager

Cranberry.Fit is looking for an Inside Sales Manager, who listens first, understands each woman’s migraine journey, and guides her to the right care plan.

• Consult with high\-intent leads over Phone and WhatsApp. Understand their needs, and recommend the right plan.
• Convert leads and own your daily and monthly targets
• Follow up, keep client records and support retention after onboarding
• Work with our doctors and care team so onboarding goes smoothly

Requirements

• 3\+ year in sales or inside sales
• Experience in healthcare or wellness sales, such as health counselling, women’s health, weight loss, insurance health, PCOS/diabetes programs or healthtech
• Excellent spoken and written English. Hindi or regional languages are a plus
• Real empathy: you can discuss health concerns with care
• Full\-time, office\-based (Koramangala, Bengaluru)
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Includes performance\-based variables.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
