• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Inside Sales Manager** with strong expertise in Digital Marketing Services and Development Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Direct Sales, International Sales, End\-to\-End Sales Cycle Management, and client acquisition through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other lead generation channels.

The candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills with the ability to convert leads into long\-term business opportunities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate business opportunities for Digital Marketing and Development Services.
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify and acquire international clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, emails, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales strategies for client acquisition.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project understanding and delivery discussions.
• Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and negotiations effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and regular sales reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong experience in Direct Sales and International Sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing Services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, Web \& App Development.
• Hands\-on experience with:
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Apollo
• Upwork
• Email Outreach \& Lead Generation Tools
• Strong understanding of proposal writing and client conversion strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a target\-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• 4\+ years of experience in IT Services / Digital Marketing Sales.
• Experience in handling international clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self\-motivated, confident, and proactive approach.

Pay: ₹38,672\.48 \- ₹78,997\.17 per month
