- *Customer Engagement:** Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and organising demos.
- *Product Knowledge:** Thoroughly understand the range of products offered.
Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and product developments in the cybersecurity industry.
- *Sales Quota Achievement:** Meet and exceed sales targets and as by effectively communicating the benefits of our cybersecurity solutions and closing sales.
- *Consultative Selling:**Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.
Offer solutions and provide expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.
- *Order Processing:**Accurately process sales orders and assist with logistics and delivery coordination. Ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
- *Customer Support:**Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post\-sale support as needed. Handle and document customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- *Market Research:**Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to remain competitive. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- *CRM and Reporting:** Maintain customer records and sales activity in the CRM system.
Generate regular sales reports to track performance and contribute to sales strategy. Experience on ODOO CRM will be preferred .
