Inside Sales Representative- firewall

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and qualify leads for firewall and network security solutions.
• Promote and sell IT security products, with a strong focus on SonicWall and Sophos.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable firewall solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and engage prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with field sales teams, distributors, vendors, and technical teams.
• Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and follow\-up records.
• Follow up on quotations and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Stay updated on firewall products, cybersecurity solutions, and market developments.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT product sales or inside sales.
• Strong product knowledge and sales experience with **SonicWall and Sophos firewalls**.
• Good understanding of firewall solutions, network security, and cybersecurity products.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, customer engagement, and sales follow\-ups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Candidates with experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or firewall product sales will be preferred.
• Candidates with relevant experience handling channel partners, system integrators, or corporate clients will have an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹46,000\.00 per month
