Inside Sales Representative (Inbound/Outbound) - Ayurvedic Wellness

• *About the Role** We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Executives to join the Somras9 team. You will be calling warm, high\-intent inbound and outbound leads to drive sales for our premium Ayurvedic health and wellness products. If you are a fresher hungry to learn or have up to 1 year of telesales experience, we want you to grow with us.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle hot inbound inquiries and execute outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Educate leads on the benefits of Somras9 Ayurvedic supplements and guide them through the buying process.
• Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders accurately and efficiently.
• Meet daily call volume and conversion targets.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and sales progress.

• *Requirements**

• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of BPO or telesales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi (and regional languages/English as applicable).
• Confidence in handling direct\-response phone sales and overcoming basic customer objections.
• Basic understanding of or interest in the health, wellness, and Ayurvedic sector.
