\* Build and maintain relationships with College Principals, HODs, TPOs, and other academic stakeholders.
\* Develop and manage tie\-ups with coaching institutes and educational organizations.
\* Conduct meetings, presentations, and outreach activities.
\* Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
\* Strengthen IBS Business School's presence across assigned territories.
\~ \*Preferred Candidate Profile\*
\* Experience in the Education Industry (Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching Institutes, EdTech, etc.)
\*\*OR\*\*
\* Strong experience in hardcore sales, business development, or relationship management.

Fixed In\-Hand Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month
