Key Responsibilities
● Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
● Understand customer needs and requirements.
● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
● Research accounts, identify key players and generate meetings
● Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
Required Skills \& Attributes
● Strong communication (both email \& phone) and interpersonal skills.
● Comfortable with outbound prospecting (cold‑calls, cold‑emails).
● Able to generate their own data through data mining. Good at research: finding leads, mapping org structures, target accounts.
● Eagerness to learn technical \& product details and features of the product they are expected to position (cloud solutions, Google Workspace, etc.).
● Ability to understand customer pain points \& articulate value propositions.
● Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
● Basic computer skills: proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Experience using CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
