We are looking for a driven and experienced Telesales Team Lead to own and grow a high\-performing outbound/inbound sales team. You will be accountable for team performance, revenue outcomes, and the end\-to\-end people management lifecycle — from hiring to coaching to hitting targets. This is a hands\-on role for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
\- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of **15–20 telesales representatives**, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
\- Own the **hiring and onboarding process** — conduct interviews and design structured training programs to bring new reps up to speed quickly.
\- **Set individual and team\-level sales targets**; monitor daily KPIs, call quality, and pipeline metrics to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
\- Continuously **drive improvement in conversion rates** through call audits and regular coaching sessions with team members.
\- Take full ownership of the **team's revenue contribution** — deliver month\-on\-month growth and report performance insights to senior management.
\- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align on campaigns, lead quality, and tooling improvements.
