Key Responsibilities

• Edit long daily vlogs into high\-quality Instagram Reels.
• Create engaging, attention\-grabbing edits with captions, music, transitions, and effects.
• Upload and publish reels on Instagram.
• Write captions, add hashtags, and schedule posts.
• Manage the complete Instagram page to ensure consistent growth and engagement.
• Deliver content within daily timelines.

Compensation

• **₹20 per approved Reel**
• **Expected Output:** Up to 100 Reels per day
• **Monthly Earning Potential:** ₹60,000\+
• **Annual Earning Potential:** ₹7\.2 Lakhs\+ (Performance\-Based)

The more approved reels you create, the more you earn.

Requirements

• Experience editing Instagram Reels or other short\-form videos.
• Good understanding of viral content, trends, and audience retention.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Own laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
