Job Description

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Institutional Marketing Executive to promote our cybersecurity training programs and build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for institutional outreach, lead generation, partnership development, and brand promotion through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote cybersecurity courses and training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with college management, placement officers, faculty members, and student coordinators.
• Identify opportunities for institutional partnerships and business development.
• Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, campus events, and cybersecurity awareness programs.
• Generate leads and business enquiries through institutional visits and networking.
• Present the academy's courses and training programs to institutional representatives.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Follow up with institutions to establish long\-term partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of institutional visits, leads, contacts, and follow\-up activities.
• Prepare regular reports on field visits, lead generation, and marketing performance.
• Travel to colleges and institutions in Kochi and nearby locations as required.

Requirements

• Any graduate; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in institutional marketing, field marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in EdTech, educational sales, or college outreach is an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships and generate leads.
• Willingness to travel for institutional visits and promotional activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Target\-oriented mindset with good follow\-up and coordination skills.
