• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented **Institutional Sales Manager** to drive B2B and institutional sales growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key institutional accounts, and supporting tender\-based sales processes across government and corporate sectors.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in institutional and B2B segments
• Generate leads and build a strong pipeline across government departments and large organizations
• Manage end\-to\-end tendering processes, including participation in E\-business platforms
• Collaborate closely with the retail sales team to maximize cross\-functional sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and long\-term partnerships
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and MIS related to sales activities

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
