Insurance Customer Support

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Call customers who have opted for insurance products to explain policy benefits, coverage, terms, and exclusions.
• Collect customer feedback on the insurance purchase journey and overall experience.
• Address customer queries and concerns related to insurance products, policy issuance, claims, and processes.
• Coordinate with insurers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Develop customer education content, FAQs, scripts, and simple communication materials explaining insurance products.
• Maintain daily call reports, feedback records, query logs, and monthly MIS.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest improvements to the customer experience.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
