Insurance Sales Manager - Team Handling

• *Kataria Business Insurance has a vacancy for a Sales Manager (Team Leader) – Mediclaim Insurance, Fire / Property Insurance.**

• *Department: Sales \& Business Development**

• *Location: Mumbai, Marine Lines** .

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the **PAN India CRO team** for cross\-selling Mediclaim insurance, Fire / Property and Motor
• Do cold calling from the database and convert leads into the sale.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales penetration among **jewellery retailers**.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop long\-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets through effective monitoring, coaching, and performance evaluation of CROs.
• Coordinate with operations and claims teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Train and motivate the team on product knowledge, **objection handling**, and customer engagement.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
