The organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide interim support to its India operations during a critical phase of business continuity and people management. This role requires a well\-rounded HR practitioner who can seamlessly manage day\-to\-day HR operations while partnering with business leaders.

- *HR Operations \& Employee Lifecycle**
- Manage and oversee end\-to\-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure effective administration of HR policies, processes, records, and compliance requirements.
- Support onboarding, employee transitions, and offboarding activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to manage recruitment activities and hiring processes.
- Support candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- *Performance Management \& Compensation**
- Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance discussions.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure effective execution of performance processes and employee development conversations.
- Support compensation\-related activities including annual salary reviews, benchmarking inputs, compensation recommendations, and reward processes.
- Assist leaders in making fair and informed compensation decisions aligned with organizational guidelines and market practices.
- *Learning \& Development**
- Coordinate and support learning initiatives, capability\-building programs, and employee development activities.
- Partner with leaders to identify development priorities and learning needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with communication and change management activities where required.
- *Ideal Candidate Profile**
- 10\+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
