Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Interior 3D Visualizer** who can transform interior design concepts, floor plans, and drawings into realistic 3D renders and visual presentations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior materials, lighting, textures, furniture layouts, and space planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high\-quality, photorealistic 3D interior renders for residential and luxury villa projects.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations based on floor plans, architectural drawings, and interior design concepts.
• Prepare realistic interior views for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dining areas, and other spaces.
• Work closely with architects and interior designers to understand design requirements and project specifications.
• Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, colours, and furniture to achieve realistic visual outputs.
• Prepare 3D walkthroughs, camera views, and presentation visuals when required.
• Revise 3D models and renders based on feedback from the design team and clients.
• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, furniture placement, material selection, and design details.
• Maintain consistency with approved layouts, design concepts, and project standards.
• Manage multiple assignments and deliver high\-quality work within deadlines.
• Maintain and update 3D models, rendering files, material libraries, and project assets.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficiency in **3ds Max, SketchUp, or other 3D modelling software**.
• Experience with rendering tools such as **V\-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape**.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading floor plans and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with Photoshop for post\-production and presentation enhancement.
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, colour combinations, and composition.
• Ability to produce realistic interior renders with attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating interior 3D visualization skills is mandatory.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in interior 3D visualization, preferably in residential construction, villas, or interior design projects.
• Experience in producing photorealistic interior renders from 2D drawings and design references.
• Candidates with experience in luxury residential interiors and client presentation renders will be preferred.

• Creative, detail\-oriented, and capable of understanding design intent.
• Strong visualization and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with architects and interior designers.
• Good time management and willingness to incorporate design feedback.
• Ability to handle assignments independently and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
